[Smartscribo] KPI CSharp with SPARQL

Dear Luca,

Now Redland SIB supports queries and subscriptions based on SPARQL.
We start to implement a SPARQL support in our C_KPI library because using  
SPARQL many features can be done easily on the KP side.
It is good to have same functionality in the C# KPI. Have you any plans to  
implement SPARQL in your C# KPI?
