Hello,

I uploaded the Smart-m3 repository to sourceforge. Now the full svn
history and repository are available.

I can as adminstrator add developer accounts as needed, so for anyone
who wants to contribute to the
platform, please contact me.

For future, there are at least two open questions:
1. Is svn the desired version control system or would potential
contributors prefer e.g. git or other distributed SCM system?
2. What would be a desirable process to manage the evolution of the
project (if there are so many contributors that this needs to be
managed)?
