Dear Dmitry and Alexey

As requested I send you the Paper about the protection just submitted to
the ruSMART 2011 conference. 

I know you are also interested on the extension of the python KPI to
support protection, I am not sure the version I have is the final one , as
I prefer to be sure to give you the best version we have I kindly ask you
to wait until Monday when I will speak with the person who iplemented
them.
